Clinical Practice

The Human Interval Clinic

Mind–body integration, somatic approaches, and the practice of radical acceptance — for individuals navigating change, difficulty, or uncertainty.

The Human Interval Clinic offers individual clinical work grounded in mind–body integration and somatic approaches. The name of the clinic reflects the central conviction: that in any therapeutic encounter, as in any interpretive act, there is a human interval — a space of presence and meaning that cannot be bypassed or automated.

My clinical approach draws on radical acceptance — not as passivity, but as a way of working with what is, in order to move through it. I work with individuals navigating complexity, transitions, anxiety, or the kind of deep uncertainty that often resists straightforward resolution.

Approach

My work sits at the intersection of somatic experience, interpretive inquiry, and relational presence. Rather than applying a single model, I work with what the person brings — attending to the body as well as the narrative, the felt sense as well as the stated problem.

Radical acceptance is central to this. It is not agreement, and it is not resignation. It is the capacity to be fully present with what is — and from that presence, to move.
